CultivatED Innovations partners with K-12 teachers and leaders to enhance and strengthen systems that improve student literacy. Grounded in research and evidence-based strategies, we collaborate with you to grow systems that advance equitable and effective instructional practices.
CultivatED Innovations is dedicated to advancing literacy education across Oregon. With a specialized focus on the state’s Early Literacy Framework for grades K-5 and the Adolescent Literacy Framework for grades 6-12, we provide expert-led workshops and coaching for teachers and educational leaders.
Our mission is to support school districts and Education Service Districts in strengthening literacy plans, enhancing instructional practices, and ensuring that all learners — especially those who have been historically underrepresented — receive the high-quality education they deserve. Through strategic guidance and tailored professional development, CultivatED Innovations empowers educators with the tools and knowledge needed to implement effective, research-based literacy instruction.
