About Us

CultivatED is a values-driven organization committed to advancing literacy across Oregon. We believe every student deserves rigorous, meaningful instruction—and every educator deserves support in delivering it. Our team brings expertise, curiosity, and a deep respect for the teaching profession into every partnership.

Rooted in Oregon’s literacy frameworks, our approach is grounded in equity, collaboration, and impact. We know systems change happens one relationship, one conversation, and one classroom at a time. That’s why we listen first, tailor our support to each school’s goals, and center the learners most often left behind.

Whether facilitating a workshop, engaging in coaching, or collaborating with leadership teams, we act as co-creators in a collective mission: grow what works for kids, and leave no learner behind.
